Welcome to Desk2Fit!
My name is Chris Weible. I started Desk2Fit to coach busy working professionals on how to conquer their mind, reduce stress, and stay lean.
The reason I am a health coach today is that during my early childhood I had developed poor eating habits with no proper mindset around goal setting. I had no idea that you are what you eat, and what you eat can effect how you feel, physically and mentally. There was a time that I was overweight, which impacted my confidence level.
Little did I know that it did not have to be this way. I actually had the choice to continue to follow negative examples or pave my own path. The only way I could help my family was to lead by example, so I started taking sports and exercise more seriously. I also found mentors who taught me the value of setting goals; that reading success books is different than reading textbooks; that being a leader is about WE vs. ME.

I am here to serve YOU. Nobody cares more about your health than I do. Together, we will break the chains of mediocrity. Goals are not difficult, it is how we think about them that is difficult. I will cheerlead you all the way to the finish line.
